I've really been struggling since my gym's contest ended (still waiting on the results), it seems like it has been far too easy for me to make bad choices or skip a workout. I realize I need the accountability I was getting from the contest. Jessihover1's photo food blogs www.sparkpeople.com/mypa

Trader Joe's Reduced Guilt Brownies made with greek yogurt and apple sauce and Cool Whip Light.
Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, Level 2. I wanted to run, but couldn't work out childcare. First time trying 30 Day Shred and I was a little disappointed. I only burned 218 calories, not reaching my daily exercise goal. Next time I will try to do it twice!
