SEE! Everytime I start to vlog lately I have technical difficulities and I eventually assume it's the Universe's way of telling me to SHUT up and not post!!! hahah

    OMG! You have a Ruby chair....this is too funny. I had the same recliner and I gave it to my daughter who left it behind when she moved....and now it is the only thing I have to sit on. I can't get rid of the thing and I feel it is like a curse. My ex bought it for me for Valentines day one year and I felt insulted because it was as big as the room and than I saw the show with Ruby and she had the same chair! After she lost weight, she got rid of the chair and they showed the truck leaving with this big a$$ chair in the bed of the truck. And I thought, if only I could get rid of mine too...but its like a boomerang...it keeps coming back to haunt me like my weight! Speaking of weight...I have gained back all my weight and my stress it still as high as ever...I took Robert for a walk and a bird took a Hugh turd on him and I didn't notice till I picked him up and had poop all over my hands and the cute neighbor guy opened the door for me and I had poop all over my shirt....crap! Its suppose to be a sign of good luck for a bird to crap on you...but it took a crap on the cat and not me...It is good to see you....no matter what....lets go down the drain together! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Hey woman, good to see you. Do you like to dance? Turn on some jams and just have fun. Dance and dance until you get all sweaty and dance some more. Exercise doesn't have to be typical. If the videos and normal routines aren't lighting your fire try something new. If you are just lacking motivation kick yourself in the tooshie and do something anyhow. You are amazing and strong.

    Being a caretaker takes its toil on a person. You HAVE to make Lisa time. emoticon Flush with water and your favorite fruits and veggies. That bloat will be gone before you know it.

    I can commiserate with feeling like a cow and being unhappy with yourself.

    Take one step at a time. Go for a walk. Eat 2 less bites of your snack, meal, whatever.

    I am scared to death of ticks. Or what they might carry. Ick.

    We are all allowed to be sad and whiney. It happens.
