Day 50 Celebrate Life...

Day 50, Start celebrating life, and everything you have achieved through the week.
It takes one day at a time to lose weight and one pound at a time. Hell, let’s count those points and add those up as well. We all can do this, just keep the faith in yourself, and keep on motivating those around you.
This week: I will be working out with weights 2 days this week.
Upper and lower body. Wed & Thur.
I also will be playing around with another childhood toy. The yo-yo, and I'm not talking about yo-yoing of weight.
I also will be doing Crunches this week every day. On my lower body training which is also a part of my core training. I will be using a 10 pound medicine ball. Yup! I'm hoping I find one of those at a yard sell. The one I have now is "home" made, and I will teach you all how to make a medicine ball later on. All you need is a cheap basket ball -or a old one the kids don't use, and fill it up with sand. HAHA! I'm telling you how to make one now. Wrap it with fabric to make it soft.
Back to the belvita cookies I posted in the blog.
Make sure you drink lots of lots of water with them. It will cause a lot of issues if you don't. TMI! Not having a regular TMI if you know what I mean if you go out and get them. They have them at wal-mart. They are 2.96 and 5 packages comes in the box. I just eat 2, so I am getting my dollar's worth out of them.
Shake Weight... If you can find one for a deal get it. Do not pass it up. It's just as fun as the hula hoop. You just have to find a fun way of looking at it. And I think that's about it.
