JMBR: Weeks 1 and 2 Gone!

I finished Weeks 1 and 2, and started W3 today.

I finished W1 without fanfare, down 1.5 lbs. W2... Not so great. I actually gained. I would say it was because of the workouts, water and all, but nope, can't tell that lie.

Actually, I went to a conference last week for my job. I took everything I needed to continue my workout. I worked out 1 day out of the 4 days I was up there. That probably wouldn't have been so bad had I not eaten every sweet treat placed in front of me the whole time I was there. I didn't drink as much water as I usually do. Bottom line, my fitness went to hell and back. The only up is that I took the stairs up/down the majority of the time I was there. I was on the 3rd floor.

I wasn't surprised when I stepped on the scale and was right back where I started. I know a lot of it is water.

I decided to rest yesterday after my long trip so that I wouldn't have any excuses for not getting it up and putting it down this morning. However, rather then do W2 over again, I pushed forward and started W3, WO3, cursing Jillian the entire 30 minutes.

I can't wait until tomorrow, WO4. She's brutal, but effective. IF... and only IF, you maintain your healthy eating.

My goal this week, DON'T exceed 1500 calories.
