    ROFLMAO, Annie!! I'm sorry I called it a chore. It was just an accident and nothing negative was intended by it, I hope you know. Hey, last week you said you were going to give out your challenges on Wednesdays.. but anyway.. So I didn't get a chance to come check for your challenge vlog until today (Weds. night).. and surprised you posted it Monday.. Anyhow.. I'm honored you saw that vlog where I talked about it!!

    I don't get cravings too often any more.. except during PMS. And during PMS I do allow myself some chocolate. I've reduced my sugar intake a ton and now I have a couple squares of 85% cacao dark chocolate a night.. it's about the chocolate, not the sugar that way, and is only about 110 calories. But I will pay attention and see what the cravings are and maybe do this to help my son who has daily sugar type cravings.. cake, ice cream, candy, etc.. and if I write them down for him and then on Sat. tell him he can pick one.. But the thing is that we have to go out and get it because I don't keep most of that stuff in the house at all any more. If I have ice cream, he eats a ton of it.. with popsicles, he goes thru the whole box in two days.. So I think it may help him.

    Annie, that's cool. I'm going to do this, because I think this is a good idea. I have some cool paper, and I'm going to do this, and show you all at the end of the week. I'm going to do this now. What a great challenge. I'm going to do this, because I did this yesterday... I mean! I was fryin' up some chicken wings & fries for the family. Not a healthy meal for them, but hey... They wanted it. Well, I kept on saying. I'm not going to eat that wing, I'm not going to have those fries, and It worked.... I'm going to write those 2 items down, because I was craving them. I wanted them, and I didn't have them. I kept on saying to myself. Look at the big picture here. Look! And I was looking at the big picture, so I'm going to do this and I will do this on Saturday the 1 hour have it, but I'm going to choose 1 thing from my list and if I can't make my mind up in 5 minutes... I'm going to take the list and rip it up. Because, if I can't make up my mind in 5 minutes on Saturday then that's means... I didn't need it at all Mon-Fri... I think this is a cool idea... Added you as a friend. I hope you don't mind.
