Recent victories and struggles

I highly doubt that I will do the tanning bed thing. I just feel pale. And bronzers just don't seem to work well for me.

Lost track of myself during Stairclimber conversation. I made 4th place for number of flights climbed, and 2nd place for calories burned. Woohoo!

6:00 mark, that's the local fire whistle, not a disaster siren or anything, I promise.

    I love your vblogs cause you're such a natural and you talk about everyday life, nice. Good for you getting back on track and the achievement on the Stairclimber. As for a tanning bed, I won't do it, us lotion. Congrats on your new home! and on signing up for a 5km. It's for a good cause, I lost two loved ones to Lung cancer and one of them had never smoked in her life. I bet you can run that race, try running and walking combo - run for 1min /walk for 1min build up to whatever you can manage. I run for 10min and always walk for 1min. I started with running for 30sec so I know you can build up to 10min.

    I'm hoping on going to a tanning bed once a week. I went outside without my 50spf for 30 minutes and went lobster. Last year I used bronzer like it was going out of style and it took every saturday morning of every week to make that stuff look half decent.

    Hubby texting...talk amongst yourselves...I LUVZ IT!!!!! LOL!

    Woo hoo...on your shower victory. I finally changed at the spa. I alsways changed in the bathroom at the gym. I hate being exposed.

    7 minutes is a short visit.

    I need a tripod so I can change locations for my vlogs. I like when you change it up.

    WOO HOO on your 5k. Takes me an hour for 5k walking...walking with your family will be so fun!

    If I think of a coolio name I'll pop in, but, I'm not so creative.

    Wonderful that and ol' ego boost that your weight loss was noticed! I LOVE IT!!!!!
    I chuck up pics of me now and do a double-take cuz I don't recognize me now, so, I don't know when our brains catch up with the change. It's only 50% of the time that I feel 220lbs, but still I find myself walking down a sidewalk and people coming toward me and mentally I factor in how much I have to move to give them room so they can get around me. Recently I realized people were taking it as an insult...I feel a blog coming on.

    Don't go to tanning beds! Use a lotion, such as L'Oreal Sublime Glow. Jergens also makes one that is good. It does a great job, makes you feel better and will not cause skin cancer! Keep trying to be healthy, not perfect, just healthy!
