Since.. My To Do List.. aka Daily Docket wasn't appearing here and a friend just happened to link me to a social site similar to something I was already using in conjunction with spark, I've decided to post those basic steps that I am doing during my day. This overlaps some with my personal list, but I don't find that to be a problem.

All of these start with AT LEAST..
- 1 Seated, Mindful Meals { daily }
- 1 Yoga Practices { daily }
- 1 Items Decluttered { daily }
- Things for which I am Grateful { daily }
- 3 Minutes of Meditation { daily }
- 4 Quality Moments w/Loved Ones { weekly }
- X Times I Incorporated Good Habits { daily }
- 1 Wellness Awareness Activities { monthly }
- 8 Glasses of Water { daily }
- Workouts { weekly }

So for today:
Mindful Meals 2/1
Yoga 1/1
Decluttered 1/1
Gratitude 1/1
Meditation 3/3
Quality Moments 2/4 { weekly }
Good Habits 4/1
Wellness Awareness 1/1 { monthly }
Water 10/8 and counting!
Workouts 3/5 { weekly }

    I like the site too I just been so busy today i just got back into things. I am doing strength training on fitocracy I picked to many goals on Social workout site i need to tame them down a bit. Have a great day sexy mama!

    Good list. I am not a list maker. But I think that I will try to sit down tomorrow and
    write a list for Monday. Hopefully I will be able to stick to it!
