I had written this down in my journal - finally getting it into a blog.

My Plan for the BLC19 Challenge

*1400-1600 calories daily
* Focus on High Lean Protein/Good Carbs
* Track/Stay within calories/protein/carbs
* Plan out Meals/Snacks
* Drink 8 -10+ cups of water daily
* Exercise minimum 60 min daily - Monthly goal 1860 minutes
* Post in Violet V's chat thread daily
* Weight Loss Goal: 15 lbs by end of challenge 7/18/12
