Big step today: I did the cardio kickboxing video in the middle of our new 5 person Critical Care Office. Well, okay, everyone else was out & it was my lunch time & the door was locked, but WooHoo!!! At least I did it. I just noticed how much my mood improved yesterday after pilates that I wanted to get some exercise in a bit earlier today. I am glad that no one came in because I definitely would have had to finish it later.
