The last week or so has been great. I'm staying pretty much on track with everything and it feels awesome. I still look at myself in the mirror and think to myself "why did you let yourself go for so long? Look at you? ugh!! You could have reached your goal ages ago!!"
Of course it motivates me. But it also makes me proud that I'm actually DOING IT NOW!! I'm dead serious with this and it makes me so happy to know that I finally feel that way. (if that makes any sense)
Anyway I really want to start up my video blog again. I really enjoyed doing that. But I also need to figure out how to get more exercise in my routine. I'm just walking right now. I need some fun calorie burning ideas. I also need some healthy meal ideas that are quick. Right now we've basically just been eating chicken breast and veggies etc. Does anyone have any ideas for me? What are your favorite healthy meals? Also anyone have any breakfast smoothie recipes I can try? Anyway I was just checking in letting you all know that I'm still here and on track and that you will be hearing plenty more from me. :-)
