It is completely possible to eat things like Taco Bell and not be a "cheater". I do. I happen to enjoy having a Mexican Pizza, a Double Decker Taco, and (my treat) a caramel apple empanada. I just make sure it fits into my day's nutritional needs. (And I don't do what I used to and have three Double Decker Tacos AND a Mexican Pizza or two AND two caramel apple empanadas. Could have fed me and my kids with that much.)
One of the toughest things to lose isn't the pounds - it's the dieter mindset that screams "you can't have this food or you're a bad person." You're fresh on the road to making healthier choices.
