Introduction: Why I am doing this and my first goals:
Track my food every day for 2 weeks
take the stairs at every opporunity
drink at leas 5 glasses of water
get to 270 lbs

    I love your video! Thank you for being so honest on here. I am looking for an accountability person too. Keep up the good work. Our weight didn't appear overnight so the weight loss won't happen overnight as well. You will fall in love with SP. Everyone on here is sooo awesome and supportive!!
