Workout Schedule

I walked on the treadmill for 60 min today and the only reason I stopped was because the treadmill overheated.

Part of the BLC weekend challenge is to plan my program. So, today, I sat down and figured out my workout schedule next week.

April goals:
Week of April 22-28
1. Blog daily:
-- 4/22 emoticon 4/23 emoticon, 4/24 emoticon, 4/25 emoticon 4/26 emoticon4/27 emoticon
2. Exercise:
--Gym 3x's a week: 4/23 emoticon, 4/24 emoticon, 4/25 emoticon 4/26 emoticon
--Minimum 30 min a day:
4/22 - 120 min emoticon, 4/23=75 min emoticon, 4/24=62min emoticon, 4/25=57 min emoticon4/26=75 emoticon, 4/27=60 min emoticon

3. Snacks -- one freggie snack a day: emoticon, emoticon, emoticon, emoticon

4. Read Bible chronologically daily
Sun emoticon, Mon emoticon, Tues emoticon, Wed emoticonThurs emoticonFri emoticon
