Day 11 of 45!!

Hey guys! This is my 2nd video blog! I am really starting to enjoy these. So much easier than typing out my thoughts. Hope you enjoy! I would love more encouragement on my journey if anyone has any tips as well I would appreciate those too! Thank you for supporting me along my way!

    @DRKatz Thanks again! You have been a good spark friend. And I appreciate the tips and advice. I don't expect to be perfect but I just really want to focus during this time. I know i can do it!

    emoticon Congrats on the accomplishments thus far! Seems like your motivated and have a reasonable goal.
    My only tip for support (which helps me personally) would be to allow yourself not to be perfect over the course of the next months. None of us can keep up EVERYTHING we have to be doing to stay healthy all the time, especially if it's not normal for us yet. I like the quote "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not at act, but a habit" - Aristotle. It helps me to set a percentage goal instead of everyday goal. For example, I want exercise over 75% days in a month, and be within a certain cal range for 60% (I'm working on this one), etc.
    Just remember to be reasonable and that it's a lifestyle change. Listen to yourself during the tough times and just take it ONE DAY AT A TIME!. STAY STRONG!!!!

    I usually check out the blogs when I think I need a boost to my motivation. Your video helped me out..thanks. The idea of setting out a 45 day target is great. Being on day 11, you still seem to have it together. Rock on! emoticon
