I am smoke free now for two years. It's difficult but, I found other things to distract me since I've quit. Initially I chewed a lot of gum which helped take away the anxiety you feel. Now I am addicted to spark people and exercise. I basically just replaced one addiction with another. Don't think of it as quitting smoking just think of it that you are a non-smoker now. You are so ready to be a non-smoker from the smoke in your ahir and clothes to it effecting your health. You are doing it take it one hour in day. Cut back gradually and you will suceed. That is how I did it and you can too! I love horror too lol. I love that show Walking Dead and Supernatural. Love your vlogs chica you make me smile. As for the smoking try different things until something clicks with you. Like the weight loss clicked now for you. I don't have a website to recommend as far as quitting smoking. I can tell you this the first morning after you had no cigs you wake up and your mouth doesn't taste nasty. It's a good feeing.

Hey! I don't know if you've tried electronic cigarettes, but I have and they relieve all desire to buy real cigarettes. The brand I have is Mistic and it cost about $20 from Sam's Club for the charger, cigarette part, and two refills. Additional refills are really inexpensive compared to real cigarettes. I bought this a month ago and I haven't finished both of the original cartridges/refills. I find myself using it less and less, which is good. There are so many benefits, no coughing, no smell, far less expensive, no tar, no cravings for traditional cigarettes... It's helped me a lot, because I was able to cut down to occasional smoking- about once every four to six weeks - but often I would have the craving for days and days. The e-cigarette relieves that while eliminating many of the negative effects. Good luck quitting the habit!

you want hints. I quit by using Smoke-enders 35 years ago... These are some of the things they had us do. And I lost weight while quitting.
It took about 6 weeks.
Change to as low tar and nicotine cigarette as is out there.
Do not use nicotine gum or patches.
Do not eat sweets within 1 hour of having a cigarette and make that longer and longer intervals.
(Personally, I have deleted all sugar from my diet and feel like a million dollars)
Delay smoking at "regular" times - after meals, when you get in the car, etc -- 15 minutes in the beginning and increasingly longer times.
Find a glass or clear plastic jar and save all your cigarette butts in it. Leave it out where you can see it.
Make a list of things that you want to do with the money saved.
$3/day x 30 days is $90 -- thatsa lotta dough!
Set a date that you will be done - 3-4 weeks away.
Read all the bad stuff on the internet you can get your hands on... They told us (I shouldn't have been surprised) about the dried insect parts in the tobacco, etc. Read something every day.
The nicotine is really gone, fast -- it's all in the mind, really after about 24-48 hours if not shorter.
Determine that you will NEVER pick up another cigarette! EVER! That is the solution. Once you have quit, make it forever.
