Just because something is very low fat, it doesn't mean my body will accept it. Tonight is a great example of this as I am writing this from the comfort of my bed., flat on my back-- it isn't easy so this will be short.
My Father offered to pick up some Taco Cabana (a local Mexican fast food place here in SA-- generally high quality food)... with me feeling badly and Mike mowing today, we went for it. I got a chicken fajita bowl with rice and black beans.
Just as a finished half the bowl (about all I was going to eat anyway), I started getting stabbing pains in my back. *sigh* They are not knock-down, drag-out gallbladder pains, but they are sharp.
Well hell....we HAVE to find something yummy you can eat! There should be a link on the web "restaurant dishes and foods people with gall bladder issues can eat comfortably". Sucks that there isn't. I hate that you have to experiment with sometimes painful results to find out what you can and can't eat. Very disheartening for you, I know. Hang in there, sweetheart. 2790 days ago
