At it again!

OK. I bought a pair of sneakers that fit (yes it's a big deal, I wear size 11 or 12 depending on the shoe so it's not that easy). I found a pair of cute Skechers in an 11 that fit and they were on sale for almost half of the original price! I also got some wrist weights to add to my walks.
My friend Kelley and I are walking three times a week. We started last week and since I'm really going to do this, I can't wear my work shoes while walking for exercise; it's killing my back and my feet.
Now I need to stay on track ALL DAY with my eating habits and quit smoking in May. I should have never started up again. I'd quit for years and years.
Hopefully I'll be able to keep up with tracking but it sucks that the BlackBerry app isn't compatible with my Storm 2. Someone needs to get on that!
Anyway, having surgery in July (no, not gastric bypass, so everyone stop asking!) so I need to lose as much weight as I can by then as it will make things go better. Then after recovery I'll be back to working out again. I'll continue with good eating habits and not smoking throughout.
