Today was laundry day. I walked on the treadmill, then sewed for a little during naptime.
One thing I realized today. I didn't feel tired at all. Something that hasn't happened for quite awhile. Maybe getting off melatonin and these new supplements are helping. I hope so.
TOPS weigh-in tonight - I stayed the same again (turtled as we say in TOPS).
