Compete in a sprint triathlon
Run a 5 k
Compete in a MudRun
Do head stand and spider pause in yoga
Go on a kayak adventure
Experience a zip line adventure DONE on 5/12/12.

Learn paddleboarding
Rock climb
Able to do a dozen military style pushups
Ski again
Run my neighborhood without having to stop
