Justification ...... defense ....... pretext ....... self- deception. That's what I've been using the last couple of weeks & look where it's gotten me ...... added weight. Sure, I've had a lot going on in my personal life but that's no reason to cave in. It's just an excuse. I've come to terms with that & now it's time to be positive & take some positive steps forward. I started recording my food & water intake today. Tomorrow I'm going to start exercising & take advantage of all the resources open to me. By the way ...... I've missed you all!
