I went a little over on calories the past couple of days but I'm not sweating it since I'm WAY under what I have been eating the past couple of months. I took my son and dog on a walk yesterday afternoon and this evening I plan to hit the rec center. Last night I made a healthy baked chicken parmesan for dinner and I had leftovers cut up in a salad for lunch today. Hopefully a few more days will shrink my stomach down enough so I don't feel half-starved at night and have to go over calories.
