I made it through the first week. I feel like I did pretty good. I really watched what I ate, and only ate after 7 a couple of times. I did not exercise as much as I wanted to. I will work on that next week. I did not drink any cokes at all and I did not eat any junk food. I have not weighed yet, I have to get a scale. I am still really excited about the new healthy lifestyle. I was active, I just did not do traditional exercising. I have to discipline myself better that way.
