This is my first week of a new healthy lifestyle. I actually started on Monday the 9th of April. I woke up and decided that I really want to do it this time. I have started and failed many times. I have been thinking about how much I want to run and play with my sweet grandchildren. My 2 yr old grand daughter, Piper, keeps asking me to jump with her on the trampoline and I can not do it. I will be able to by the end of this summer. That is one goal I have. I have given up cokes this week and will continue to add one thing each week or so until I feel like I am eating and drinking healthy. Also this week I am not eating after 7pm. So far I have done good. My husband is on board with me, well mostly, he is struggling. He really likes his midnite munchfest.
