Hmmm I definitely did not get enough sleep this week, now Its like fighting tooth and nail to fall asleep, Ugh I am sooo tired but still cannot sleep. So I must ask, is anyone out there in my situation, single mom, 2 jobs, too much to do, never enough time to sleep? How do you do it? It is the one thing I think that holds me back, I know I need sleep to lose the weight, but I just dont have time to sleep, and when I do then I cant :( I just wanna climb in bed and not come out for a week lol!!
