Hmmm I definitely did not get enough sleep this week, now Its like fighting tooth and nail to fall asleep, Ugh I am sooo tired but still cannot sleep. So I must ask, is anyone out there in my situation, single mom, 2 jobs, too much to do, never enough time to sleep? How do you do it? It is the one thing I think that holds me back, I know I need sleep to lose the weight, but I just dont have time to sleep, and when I do then I cant :( I just wanna climb in bed and not come out for a week lol!!

    It can be hard to get to sleep when you are overtired and stressed. You might try relaxing in a hot bath first. Sure it takes time but if it gets you relaxed so you sleep then it is time well spent. Otherwise, you can try some relaxation exercises just before you try to nod off. Listening to calming music might be helpful.
