Day 6 and 7

Still going strong!!! I wasn't feeling so hot yesterday afternoon/evening and this morning, and I felt a little tired. I decided to add a clean carb to my lunch. I chose multigrain naan to have with some chicken and hummus. I felt much better after. And the best part, I am down four pounds this week!!!
