Strength Training

I had an easy day. The kids played quietly. I did a couple of SP videos this morning. This afternoon I walked 30 min on the treadmill and then tonight went to the gym for 30 min strength training workout with my daughter. I haven't done a ST circuit for 2 weeks. I was supposed to do 4 sets, but only did 3. I was surprised how tired I was.

I started the groom's kilt...ripped the tartan in half then sewed it back together. The cloth was 60 " wide and 4 yards long. It is now 8 yds long.

April goals:
1. Blog daily: emoticon

2. Exercise:
--Gym 3x's a week: 2x emoticon
--Minimum 30 min a day: 79 min emoticon

3. Snacks -- one freggie snack a day: apple emoticon

4. Read Bible chronologically daily emoticon
