Rough Night - Quiet Day

I had a very bad night. Last night my throat started to hurt. I was able to fall asleep, but when I woke up at 2:00 to go to the bathroom, I couldn't get back to sleep. I finally got up at 3:00 and sparked until 4:00am., then went back to bed and slept fitfully. I only had 2 boys this morning, so it was nice. I am surprised how well I did today. My throat still hurts, good thing I have a physical scheduled for tomorrow.
Today, I started teaching a friend's daughter piano lessons. This is a new adventure for me.
Tonight my daughter and I went to the gym and did an hour cardio session -- 20 min ea on the stationary bike, the gazelle, and the elliptical. I am tired and ready for bed.

--Minimum 30 min a day: 71 min
3. Snacks -- one freggie snack a day: banana
4. Read Bible chronologically daily
I started over today. I got as far as Gen 44 when I stopped in February. Last Saturday I got the book Reader's Guide to the Bible, Chronological Reading Plan by George Guthrie.
