Weigh-in : 213!
I'v gained two pounds in the 2 months I've been off the wagon. Not bad at all considering just how bad I was. .
Today: I did well, but I felt like eating every 3 hours. I may need to plan for that in the future. I had oatmeal and strawberries at 7:30. a small slice of eggplant lasagna at 9, a lean cuisine (steak tips and broccoli) and watermelon at noon, 1.5oz of pistachios for 2pm. a slice of toast with jam at 5, and then a chicken and ham sandwich with mushrooms, onions, green peppers at 8:30
For the first time in a long time, I'm very confident in my appearance. I get hit on again. I flirt. I just need to make fitness a priority in my life. 50+ hours at work are becoming commonplace, so it's been difficult, but I have to do this for myself.
