First Day of Another Diet

Have done really well today and haven't been that hungry. I have been busy today with work and going to a baseball game so haven't had much time to think about eating. I have learned that if I keep myself busy that food is not a big problem for me. When I'm not busy I have a tendency to think about food to much. Had a good start, hoping to get back into exercising like I've done before. emoticon

    I have to tell you that I really dislike the word "diet". I've been "on" a million of them and it's the same thing time after time. I lose the weight and then I gain it back.....what's up with that?

    THIS time it is totally different.....why? ......because I am not on a "diet". A diet has a beginning "First Day of another Diet", and an "ending"..."I lost that weight, thank goodness I'm done dieting"......HELLO....being "done dieting" is the downfall! So, no more "being on a diet" for me...I'm changing my lifestyle and a "lifestyle" is FOREVER!

    It's all in the way you think about it!

    Good luck! Don't look at it as "going on a diet", but as long term change that you're doing to achieve your personal goals! emoticon
