I thought I could do it without you, SparkPeople. I was such a fool. I have no idea how much I weigh. I haven't taken my measurements, but I must say that I'm scared. I've been eating horribly - Cadbury eggs all over the place, far too much fast food, and not nearly enough water. My jeans have started to get snug again, and I am NOT going back.
Today, I went for a run in the first time in almost a month. It was therapeutic and comforting. It was hard, but I was able to finish strong. 2.75 in 35 minutes. One of my better times. I'm back, trying to eat right. I got two new cookbooks from the thrift store - Biggest Loser Cookbook and Cook Yourself Thin.
My challenge: Cook something veggie filled each night, and cook two meals from my new cookbooks each week.
Tomorrow I'm weighing in and measuring.
