New month - new accomplishments

I have been having a weird time since my last blog back at the end of January. I started researching "clean eating" and really dug into that. I feel like I "get" that way of eating, it feels natural and I quite enjoy it. I feel healthier for sure. I dropped sugar, which was tough, but that probably led to the few pounds that I've lost over the past couple months anyway. I was still paying for weight watchers, but wasn't doing the program, so I ended my membership there last month. I feel like I couldn't be eating much healthier than I am these days, so it was a waste of money. I want to focus on my spark tracker again. I want to use my sparkpeople tools more than I have been. I had some great success with them before, and I need to return to my old dedicated ways to make sure I'm eating everything I should be. I know my choices are healthy, but I want to make sure it's enough. I started back at my very active job in February and that completely put a halt on my exercise routine. I am running a 5k next month and REALLY need to get back on track for my training. So, I love that this is a new month and I am able to mentally reset myself. It's time for some spring cleaning all around. This month I plan on doing a lot more tracking on my SP page and getting to the gym just about every other day. It's time to turn things around and feel some accomplishment! :)
