Day 3 now, and I have managed to keep my eating under control. I have managed 6 glasses of water in each of the past two days, so that alone is a success. It is *Hard* to slow down when you eat! The point of my so called diet-plan, is to slow down when I eat in order to eat more moderate (minimal!) portions. So the food tastes better, as it spends a little time getting to know my tastebuds before it ventures down my digestive tract. It also makes me feel a little less like Miss Piggy, as I'm not the first one done eating anymore. One more bonus, I actually drink more water when I take sips in between bites. :)

Today I plan on having an egg for breakfast, tuna fish over lettuce with tomatoes & onions for lunch. I'm still sketchy on dinner, it will be a crock pot meal as the kids have a tennis match after school. But I will figure that out this morning, I won't wing it at the last minute. Dinner will include some broccoli, as I got some fresh yesterday, and I have been positively craving it lately!

One more goal for today: Drink all 8 glasses of water.
