Praying The Changes Stick

For the past week I have been working really hard to start eating better, I want more than anything to be able to have at least one more healthy pregnancy... after one loss and a complete molar pregnancy I've been forced to wait a full year.... at first my eating habits went crazy... almost like I didn't care anymore because of what happened.... I didn't on the other hand let it get out of control I managed to lose weight even though I wasn't trying. But the problem was that I still wasn't happy with what I was eating... a bunch of nutrition-less junk. So I have changed that and started having cereal every morning... Raisin Bran with a half teaspoon of sugar. Then for lunch I've been having salad, shredded lettuce with spinach leaves, ranch dressing, and today canned chicken. It is delish and not even with cheese (which I love) I do plan to get some cheese soon. but I was surprised at how little I actually missed it. One thing I do have to have is black pepper... to me a salad is not complete without it. anyway I hope I can keep this up and we will see how things go after September when I'm released by my doctor.
