250 to 52 Wk 1 of the BL spring challenge

Week one of the spring challenge is over and week 2 has started. I am so grateful to have such an Awesome team and Awesome Leaders. I always have to give a shout to my first co-lead Alana(All-is-amazing) because she went through the trenches with me when I jumped into the water to take over the team....I could not swim LOL.
I am on day 32 of no meat and FINALLY I am doing better. Initially I did a lot of healthy carbs but carbs nethertheless! I am happy to say that I feel pretty good. This week I released 4 pounds!

It has been a while since I have been back at this point. I have also found a Zumba class that I REALLY LOVE. I have one more beginners yoga class then I will start Pilates for beginners. Now to incorporate this into my daily routine.
I am learning that I do have control over my responses. When I get stressed I have learned to breath instead of look for an excuse to go to Starbucks. When I go it is simply because I want it.
So since I lost these 4 pounds I am treating myself to a mani/pedi
I am still enjoying the book Savor!

OH I had my first time shopping at a consignment shop.... my youngest is always talking about it so I had drove by a place 3 mo ago or even longer but today we were going shopping for her spring break college tour and I remembered the place. WE HAD A BALL and she found LOTS of stuff! It was a lovely day with ALL of my girls
