Feeling Good!

Sunday, March 18, 2012

I haven't blogged in awhile, been oh so busy with, working, school and kids oh and trying to find another job and place in Phoenix, Az want to relocate, but I'm still on my workout and eating right. The scale keeps stalling, but I'm still on it.

I choose too lose weight and be healthy. I choose to want to fit in my jeans again and I choose not to eat fast food everyday. I choose not to gain extra weight because I choose to workout. I choose to prove people wrong that doubted me during my transformation only I can be the best that I can be. Of course I'll be killing them with my curves in my hips and thighs, these tone legs and arms with small waist line and with that booty to match on the back that's just fine by me. I got thighs like thunder that makes a blind man's eyes wonder. But that's okay, because every day I am on my way to find my long lost friend that loves me just for me. I'm going to be me and fight the fight and during spring time I will blossom like a beautiful flower that glows cause everyone will know I can fit my clothes shaping up those right curves. So 16 or even 14 jeans I will see you soon. The choice is yours! Smooches!!!

So happy to hear you upbeat and strong! And your shape and fit of your clothes keep changing emoticon even when the numbers on the scale stall. And the energy you have and the improved health and strength of muscles, bones, tissues and organs are the greatest benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
