Getting so close to being under 200 lbs.

I was walking on air all day long.
Getting under 200 lbs. is starting to look like it is really going to happen. I have made a concerted effort to drink at the very least my 64 oz of water. I eat according to the South Beach plan so my food is healthy. Have actually stopped tracking all my calories because it was driving me crazy and with South Beach you're not supposed to have to. My portion sizes seem to naturally be decreasing anyway. I'm still not getting the exercise I would like yet. I over did it and got shin splints so I was too sore for five or six days and then daylight savings time has had me a bit pooped this week. Tomorrow we will get a workout running around at Miss Grand Strand/ Miss Surf Side Beach..
We are driving up in the morning and all the activities are tomorrow. Hopefully all will go well but it is supposed to rain
No worries though, we always have fun. I am feeling a little more confident about my program and see that the weight loss sort of ebbs and flows. I will see that scale under 200 lbs and it might just be before the end of the month.
