Slow and Steady Wins the Race

So, I am losing weight but it seems it is literally coming off 1 lb at a time. I keep telling myself I put it on 1lb at a time why shouldn't it come off 1lb at a time. I mean I should be happy that I am losing weight especially with breastfeeding and bout of pneumonia and all. Well I just thought about it if I lose 1lb a week in 100 weeks I would be 100lbs lighter. That would be 2 years. You know what it took me a hell of alot longer then 2 years to gain this weight, why wouldn't it take just as long to take it off. (Epiphany)
I have restarted the couch 2 5K walking program and I completed week 1 again and even did it wearing Rinoa (20lbs) in moby wrap. I have been active 5 out of 7 days last week and so far have been active 5 days straight today. Feel a streak coming. I am getting slightly aggrevated though because I have hurt my right ankle and don't know if I can complete week 2 of couch 2 5 K. It is aggrevating me that I keep getting stuck at week 2. Uggh. But I have to tell myself between bedrest starting at 14 weeks and 10 weeks of postpartum complications I was on bedrest for over 40weeks. No wonder my body is protesting. Again slow and steady wins the race. Now to decide what should be my reward for doing week 1 again and sticking with it. Hmmm.

Finish week 1 2nd time C25k
Finish week 2 C25K- hair cut.
Finish week 3 C25K- New sports bra.
Finish week 4 C25K- 2 hours away from the kids.
Finish week 5 C25K- Used jogging stroller.
