It is a great to be out and about. The weather is great. I have lost another 3 pounds this week. I feel better about myself. i am going to start walking more everyday. I am walking 2 miles a day . this week i am going to walk 3 miles a day. my goal is it get up to about 5 miles a day. Then when i get there i will work to walk ten miles a day. I am eating healthier I am drinking more water . I am sleeping better. I am getting my energy back. Have a blessed and wonderful day all on sparks. I take it one day at a time . I will be a healthier person for all the hard work. I praise god everyday for the wonderful life he gave me. I love my kids and i am happy that i am teaching them a better way to eat and a healthier way to eat. I am also teach them that they can do anything they but the mind to do.
