It is a great to be out and about. The weather is great. I have lost another 3 pounds this week. I feel better about myself. i am going to start walking more everyday. I am walking 2 miles a day . this week i am going to walk 3 miles a day. my goal is it get up to about 5 miles a day. Then when i get there i will work to walk ten miles a day. I am eating healthier I am drinking more water . I am sleeping better. I am getting my energy back. Have a blessed and wonderful day all on sparks. I take it one day at a time . I will be a healthier person for all the hard work. I praise god everyday for the wonderful life he gave me. I love my kids and i am happy that i am teaching them a better way to eat and a healthier way to eat. I am also teach them that they can do anything they but the mind to do.

    You have the right idea. God gave us magnificent bodies that can do astonishing things when we treat them right. You've set realistic goals and not pushing yourself to do too much too soon. One day you'll be running that 10 miles and be amazed. You're already amazing yourself by doing so much more than you used to do. I know I couldn't have even imagined walking up my stairs without effort, drinking water as my beverage of choice, and eating the right kinds of foods without feeling deprived, in January of this year. I feel so much better than I used to now and know there are so many more blessings and benefits waiting if I stick to my plan.
