coffee with 3 sugars and light cream
two pieces of stoneground wheat toast and butter

glazed donut (from Michi)

lunch -
half a croissant with cranberry walnut chicken salad, lettuce, and tomato
5 pretzel rods
medium cranberry lime rickey

snack -
small handful of chocolate chips
tea with 2 sugars and milk

dinner -
4 pieces of chicken breast (about 1/2 a breast)
half a caramelized onion
honey-roasted potato and onion, about 1 cup
little bit of cranberry sauce (maybe 2 Tbsp?)
brownie (1/16 mix)

tea with sugar and milk
