Not lost anything for nearly 3 weeks. Have increased exercise from 45 mins aerobics to 60 mins. Now gaoing to increase from 3 times x week to 4 so not giving up. Cannot reduce calories any further. I am still movitated and have 4 weeks to lose the final 7 lbs I set my sights on so it will be a stone since Jan 1st.
