emoticonThis looks like a lovely way to exercise...just lying around on the ball...bet it's not as easy as it looks! I have 19 excess inches slathered around my torso at various points, but somewhere along the way, my legs got THIN! I need to get some muscles built back up...need to ADD 6.5 inches to my skinny legs...for a net of 12.5.

I'm not sure what I will be able to do after I start my targeted treatment of the li'l beastie in my lung. So-o-o-o-o...I'll just plug along as best I can. They had to cancel the "teaching" appointment scheduled for last Friday afternoon due to various levels of tornado watches throughout the county. I think there were about 17 homes damaged, some severely, and some injuries, but none of the injuries was classified as super serious and there were no deaths reported. God is good...ALWAYS!

I'll get my "teaching" Friday morning before we start treatment.

Still losing weight...it's gotta stop somewhere...doesn't it?
