JUST RECALCULATED MY WEIGHT LOSS PLAN... I WAS KEPT AWAY DUE TO A CAR ACCIDENT... BUT STILL MANAGED TO LOSE SOME LBS. BY EATING CLEAN!!! THAT AND I HAVE A NEW DOCTOR THAT IS ADRESSING MY INDIVIDUAL THYROID NEEDS...

WHEN I WAS LAST ON HERE I WAS WORKING OUT 4 DAYS A WEEK BURNING 700 TO 800 CALORIES A SESSION, EATING RIGHT AND I COULD NOT DROP A LB. SOOOOOO FRUSTERATING. BUT THIS IS THRYOID DISEASE!

SO, THE NEW PLAN.

1200 CALORIES A DAY
W/O 4 X'S A WEEK MIN.
BURN 600 CALORIES PER W/O.

WHAT? MAKING ATTAINABLE GOALS??? ARE WE FINALLY GETTING THE JIST OF THIS ~LIFE CHANGE THING~ YES!!! WE FINALLY ARE!

I AM DOING THIS!!! ; )

    Welcome Back!! I'm sorry to hear about your car accident, that must've been horrible. I hope all is well now.
    You did it! You made goals that you can actually stick to. It's always great to have all those big plans and dreams but it takes little steps to get there, I found that out the hard way myself. I guess, that's life.
