Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge

WEEK 1:
I took the sugar assessment. As I already knew, my sugar cravings are out of control.

Reasons why I want to cut back/stop:
HEALTH! I don't want to end up diabetic and my sugar addiction is perhaps the #1 reason why my struggle to lose weight is so difficult.
I feel terrible when I overindulge in sugar. My motivation goes down the toilet and I usually feel hungover, and I get depressed.

The other part of the challenge for week 1 is to record my sugar habits. So, beginning today, March 6 I'll record what I eat, when I eat it, and how I eat it in a separate notebook that I'll carry with me.

I can conquer this!!!

    You can do this, I am working on my sugar addiction also. I have found that if I eat sugar early in the day I crave sugar all day long!! If I can keep from eating it through most of the day I seem to do better. I have been gradually weaning myself off sugar, with a few setbacks but I am doing better! We can cheer each other on.
