I took the sugar assessment. As I already knew, my sugar cravings are out of control.
Reasons why I want to cut back/stop:
HEALTH! I don't want to end up diabetic and my sugar addiction is perhaps the #1 reason why my struggle to lose weight is so difficult.
I feel terrible when I overindulge in sugar. My motivation goes down the toilet and I usually feel hungover, and I get depressed.
The other part of the challenge for week 1 is to record my sugar habits. So, beginning today, March 6 I'll record what I eat, when I eat it, and how I eat it in a separate notebook that I'll carry with me.
I can conquer this!!!
