Simple Diet - First Weigh-In

285.1 - not as much as I had hoped but I didn't follow the diet as closely as I had planned. My vida loca will never let me do anything according to plan it seems. This is why our family motto is "Improvise, Adapt and Overcome."

I consider this week a huge success nonetheless I am down 4 pounds from my top weight and 2.4 pounds from my start weight a week ago. I'll take that all day long.

This week I hope to increase my water consumption to 8 glasses a day.

    That is a great start and more will come as you continue each week. Mine has been slow also but the way I look at that is the slower I lose the harder it will be to come back. Just keep up the great work and we will all get there.
