Not Really MIA

Hi all! I AM still here. I've just been so limited on time over the last two weeks or so that I've been tracking and pretty much only changing my status (because that much is easy enough to do on my phone, while I'm at work). I spent a good chunk of today going back and reading my feed, which I have been trying to do, but have been about 5 days behind (until now). Thank you, all my SparkFriends, for continuing to support me, even when I check out for a bit.
So what have I been doing? Lots and lots of agility trials with B. Lots of overtime at work. Symphony rehearsals. Fighting with the gremlins that continue to control my car (more on that later). And eating...alot and with reckless abandon.
So last summer/fall (sometime back then), I wrote about how my car does bizarre stuff (lights come on when the switch is off and the car is not running...yeah, usually at like 3am). I had it in and the two places that I take my car to, could not find the problem. When I took it to my dealer (read: jerks, which is why is was a last ditch effort), they came back in 10 minutes, saying that they found the problem and it would cost me just under $500 to fix. We decided to wait until we got out tax return to get it fixed (did I tell you I work for a non-profit? LOL). So, in the meantime, my windows, which worked intermittently, stopped working and now my dash lights go out sometime (fantastic when you're on the interstate at 10:30pm!). So ANYWAY, I took it back to get a new estimate, as the last one expired and what they found was more damage, including connectors that melted INTO my fuse box. New price: $1,100 !!! Here is where I mention that my car is 11 years old and has 101,000 miles on it. Because we are currently making a payment on DH's car, we are going to hafta suck it up and pay. Besides, there is a good chance I could get another 100,000 miles out of this puppy yet...I did my best to care for it.
OK, it is once again past my bedtime (that sure comes quick these days). My apologies and I hope to better keep up now that I am caught up.
Oh, before I go though, has anyone ever had a gait analysis done? I am hoping to go have one done next Saturday (was planned for today, but again, too busy). Just wondering if you had one done and if you felt that it was accurate and/or helpful? Any tips? Thanks in advance!
