Ok so this is a work in progress because baby is a calling but I at least started :-)
Long Term Goal: Go from 322 to 230 by 3/1/2013

Medium Goal: Complete my Quick Track goals to build consistency.
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. : 5x / week
Eat at least 5 fruits/veggies per day. : 1x / day
Track all food that goes into mouth at least 5 out of 7 days : 5x / week
Weight in every Sunday : 1x / day


Medium Goal:Sign up for a 5K.
Perform Couch 2 5K program : 3x / week


Long Term Goal: Be an active healthy family
Prepare food the healthiest ways possible. : In General
Get some sunshine. : 1x / day
Do something active as family at least 3x a week. : 3x / week
Eat dinner as family not in front of TV 5 out of 7 days : 5x / week
Eat at home 5 out of 7 days : 5x / week
Encourage family to do something active every day. : 1x / day


Long Term Goal: Become a Certified Lactation Consultant
Medium Term Goal: Find a job as a Maternal-Newborn Nurse
Visualization Exercise : 1x / week
Add to a photo collection, “vision box” or quote list of your basic motivation. : In General
Set 10-15 minutes aside for personal reflection. : 1x / day
Update your priorities. : 1x / month
Take a breastfeeding/lactation counselor course and continue continuing education : 1x / month
Update portfolio, resume and perform related job search. : 1x / month
Work towards documenting 1000 hours of breastfeeding counseling experience. : 1x / month
