Day 4 of baby steps

Slept in today so was mixed up on my eating. Basically had a meal replacement shake for brunch that is equivalent to 5 trips to the salad bar!
Didn't feel like it, but did a 45 min walk today. I am so out of shape, huffing and puffing up the tiny hills in my neighborhood, but I got it done and was glad I did.
Had a good dinner of steak, broccoli, tomato slices and sweet potato. Have to have something healthy for a snack in a bit as I am way below my calories and other nutrition requirements for the day. What a good feeling!
