Motivate Challenge comes to an end

Well another challenge comes to an end. Bahama Mama's RULE!!! Things I have done for this challenge were start on my nutritious protein shakes which have helped me eat. Yes that is what I said EAT!!! I would typically only eat 900 calories a day and wouldn't lose weight. Putting in my food in the tracker and I was forcing myself to get up to 1400 calories was ridiculous. But now that I have my cake shakes I am eating 1400-1500 calories without a problem and I have seen results. So key things that have worked eating enough to support my workouts and being consistent with workouts.
Things I need to work on. Getting in MORE workouts. I would like to do 3-4 days of workout with 2 sessions of Strength training. I was having trouble getting out of the house. NOt that I didn't have the motivation it was my kids didn't want me to leave. But I have to be the adult and sit down and tell them that mom needs to get healthy and needs to work out. So I told them that I am working out on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. That is 3 days away and 4 days home. I have to compromise but they have to realize I am home all day long and I am here when they get off the bus. They understand and I keep reminding them of what day it is. They understand now. But I am hoping I can keep up with it since the boy is starting T ball in a month. I just might have ot miss parts of practice and parts of games so I can go to the gym.
Well here is hoping for a weight loss in SASS. On to newer and bigger things.
