Lenten Challenge Days 6 and 7

Yesterday, I fell short of my goal. I could beat myself up about it, but I'm not going to dwell on it. I'm still getting more activity than I would have without this challenge.

Today could have been much like yesterday. I had to travel to a work site an hour from home, and I was sore from the weather and my fibromyalgia. Instead, though, I motivated myself to get on our elliptical machine and go for 30 minutes. I admit I went slowly, but some exercise is better than none at all. I hope to keep building momentum and keep making progress on my challenge.
