I See a Rainbow at the End of Tunnel

These last 5 weeks have been a stressful time in my life. My stepfather suffered a head injury and has not been able to get up from bed. I suppose it could have been worse and I thank God for small miracles. I find myself taking care of him as well as my Mom who suffered a stroke 6 years ago. Stress has taken a toll on me and this past weekend I came down with what I believe is the flu. I had a rough weekend with aches, pains and high fever. Now I am feeling much better even though I know it will be awhile before I am myself again.

Because of the above mentioned I neglected to do any time of exercise and therefore missed a 10K race that I had already been registered to.



It has not been easy, but I will not give up for I know the sun will shine tomorrow I’ll see a rainbow at the end of the tunnel.
